Council of Ministries Vision

Our vision is to be an invaluable team of ministries that aligns all parishioners to the mission of our church.

Council of Ministries Mission

The continuation of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ’ s ministry of salvation through the proclamation and teaching of the Gospel; through Baptism in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; and through loving service to God and to mankind.

The Way We Work

The Council of Ministries is a team of teams, comprised of a representative from each church ministry. The Council of Ministries meets quarterly to synchronize and collaborate. The Council of Ministries has a servant leader, who facilitates Council of Ministries meetings, works to achieve the vision and mission, and is the glue that bonds the ministries. Our current leader is Adam Ulery.

The Council of Ministries meets quarterly on the 3rd Thursday of February, May, August, and December.  Each ministry and sub-ministry should send one representative. If someone cannot come, please send someone to represent your group. https://www.goarch.org/dormition
