Sunday Church School

Our Mission

Our Holy Trinity Sunday School is dedicated to guiding the youth of our community in understanding and embracing our Orthodox Faith in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Through Bible-based lessons, Church hymns, religious art, and practical applications to everyday life, we strive to nurture their spiritual growth and empower them to share His Word.

Sunday School Classes

We offer classes for Pre-K grades through eighth grade. For the upcoming school year, we hope to have the following classes and will separate the classes based on our numbers and age groups:

  • Nursery – We are working to put together a parent supported nursery for our littlest angels ages newborn – 3. Pre-k students, age 3 should attend nursery if the child prefers not to be away from their parents).
  • Pre-K & Kindergarten: (Pre-K children should be able to benefit from an independent/structured environment).
  • Early Elementary: 1st & 4th Grade
  • Older Elementary/Middle School: 5th – 8th Grade

Sunday School Class and Worship Schedule

Sunday School students are asked to attend the Divine Liturgy with their class in the Chapel with Fr. Michael each Sunday. The service, performed in English, begins at 10:00 a.m. and concludes around 11:00 a.m. Following the service, students will head to their classrooms for age-appropriate, engaging lessons and activities. Throughout the year, we will have special sessions including Church Music, Church Art, or Orthodox Life. Sunday School ends at 12:00 p.m.

Family Worship

The first Sunday of each month is designated as Family Worship. We invite Sunday School students and their families to sit together in the Main Sanctuary for the Divine Liturgy, starting at 10 a.m., before heading to the classrooms after communion.
